The breakfast was ok, and the location, perfect
Sheets weren't cotton 100%., and dome people had movils on to high during the dinner.

Great location. Just behind the beach front which made the location quieter.
Lovely grounds, small amount of parking on the front and plenty surrounding roads.
Would have appreciated tea, coffee, milk in the room for the duration of our stay. Two tea bags provided on the first day only!

A secure parking garage. Helpful staff on reception. Very friendly and attentive staff at lunch and dinner time. We had an excellent value lunch and the same was available in the evening. Evening meal was not available until 20.30 but that is usual in most towns in Spain. We stayed at the hotel so we were close to the ferry port, it was just 15 minutes away.
The breakfast was not as good as the breakfast in other hotels we had stayed in during our holiday. The breakfast staff were not very attentive. This prevented us from giving a higher score.

Overall, the hotel was good, albeit rooms a very tired and needing of refurbishment, this is relevant to first nights room, second night room was much better. Location was good, street parking, nice breakfast buffet
Small layout, no room to put out 2 suitcases. On our arrival the room AC was not working, hot day, informed reception, was a lovely and very helpful man) he could see on computer room AC not functioning, was on 28 deg, noising motor, we could not sleep, and hotel could not change our room as hotel was supposedly full. They did have has move to another room on same floor for second night which was lovely, evidently refurbished. Reached out for some compensation for the first night, as Front desk noted he would contact his manager as he thought that was reasonable, when we checked out, informed new front office lady, she too noted she would reach out to Manager. Been now home 3 weeks have sent 3 follow up emails, to no reply.
