Would never stay here again! Holiday ruined

Facilities however on arrival we could not acess the main pool due to an event taking place. It would have been good to be notified of this prior.

The cleanliness was dreadful, constantly getting bed bites and insect bites. The balcony was not clean at all we arrived and there was scattered cigarette buts. I expected the beds to be changed when dirty rather than just made with the same sheets/pillow cases. I struggled to sleep due to the infestation of bugs and even inside my travel pillow was infected and tore although this was stored in the wardrobe which was concerning as this was were my clothes were stored. The bathroom had spider webs in all corners and insects where the soap dispensers were located. The air conditioning changed after a certain time to heating which we were not advised of. The gate to the hotel shut at 12am and the out of hours number on the gate did not answer after several attempts of calling meaning I had to climb over a wall to gain access. This ruined my experience of Italy as a first timer and I expected better due to the hotel having a good star rating. There were flies squished on the wardrobe as we arrived, again very poor cleanliness.

Excellent room with a mezzanine, and set in a good location, with easy access to the motorway straight to Venice (or Venezia). The staff was friendly too, and we had breakfast included. Highly recommended.

More food options could be added, including gluten free.

Enclosed gated green gem, good value for money

Great hospitality, 24/7 front desk, numerous parking spots in a secure, gated area of the hotel, pet-friendly. We were only passing by Treviso and most importantly needed a secure parking and pet-friedly hotel, and can recommend it as it fully met our needs.

The balcony was very outdated and basically shared (with a low fence) with the nextdoor neighbours who were smoking constantly outside, filling our room with smoke as well.

Great concept, but renovation is necessary!

Excellent location, spacious, comfortable, secure parking.

Unfriendly staff and modest breakfast. The scrambled eggs were cold. Plastic cups are used!? The sockets in the rooms are unusable, because they are old-fashioned and it is impossible to plug in the phone for charging or the coffee machine.

I like everything in this great hotel. Everyone was so helpful and very professional. Front desk employees did wonderful job making my stay comfortable and worry free. Special Miss Sara and Mr. Mario. Big thanks to Petro and swiming pool staff. I will come to stay in your Villa Florita again. All staff exceeded my expectations! Italian Hospitality is Amazing! BRAVO!!!

we used the hotel as a base for 7 days, it was okay. But Close the pool 😉no good..

it was okay, had a nice pool ( when it was not closed ) 🙂but anyway, a good base for excusions in Treviso/Veneto

we didnt like that they didnt seem to take care of peoble staying for a longer period, it was like a trasit hotel for Japanese tourist 🌞pool opens at 10:30 ?? what about families with kids?

Beautiful grand old villa, with large garden and pools- a welcome respite for families after a tiring day exploring Veni

Plenty of space for children to play - large gardens and grass area with soccer nets and exercise equipment for playing outdoors. two pools, one with waterfall. Just half an hour drive to Venice Centre, and 10mins to Venice outlet shopping. Grand villa with spacious rooms. we were given two interconnecting rooms in the lovely old villa section of the hotel.

Pool wasn’t heated. Bedspreads were a bit dated but in keeping with decor style of rooms.

nice stay good hotel good service but marketing misleading

we decided to give a very good recommendation so all in all really nice place

but the marketing on booking.com is misleading. villa Fiorita itself seems to be closed and the hotel name is Park hotel Fiorita which is a building next door. also the pics of the rooms are misleading (rooms in Hotel good as well but still..) so you expect something when booking you don’t get. I believe this should be changed as I suppose people who want to sleep there for more than just one night can get disappointed easily.

Very good check in, lovely hotel, great location. Walking distance to monastier, great local snack bars & restaurants. Hotel breakfast was excellent varied choice, something for everyone. Would definitely revisit soon hopefully.

Conveniently located, good value, excellent pool for kids

Charming and comfortable, in a very cute village with a quick ride to Treviso or Noventa di Piave outlet. Lovely pool for kids and hotel grounds. Spacious family room at the top floor if the newer building, with a large window and a great view.

Breakfast add-on options (continental vs buffet) were not clearly explained so we ended up paying more than we had planned. Make sure to clarify with reception and restaurant what exactly you are getting/paying.

Big hotel with lots of facilities. Nice modern spa. We stayed in the newer wing of the hotel which is actually an outdated remodel from the 70s. Still clean and comfortable however rooms are very dates

Hotel is fine for a short stay

Nice hotel with the villa and a park. The pool is very nice (unfortunatly we were not able to use it this time). We stayed one night before going aboard our cruise ship in Trieste. For a visit in Venice good situated, but car is needed.

Due to a wedding we were not able to use the beautiful main pool (kids were a little disapointed). If possible stay in a room of the villa (nicer ones) and not in the main hotel (happened this time to us)

Welcome/receptionist. Good pool area with a bar. Beautiful villa. Nice breakfast.

When you book a room, unfortunately, you look only at the pictures. We thought we would stay in a villa, appeared that we stayed in the hotel built in 70-80s, it was a disappointment. Only thanks to the Receptionist, she changed our initial room, which gave us a bit of comfort (the initial room was overlooking a garbage area and noisy street). So, hope you are lucky and you room is the villa.

The room and beds were were quit good, the garden was nice and the pool was excellent. Checking out till 12.00 am was very pleasant.
