Hotel Délibáb

We spent 7 days at this wonderful hotel. We loved its convenient location, small but comfortable room (the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise), and excellent spa area (two thermal pools, one with a jacuzzi, and dry and steam saunas). Breakfasts and dinners were varied and delicious. I'd especially like to commend the staff at reception and in the spa area, who were polite and competent in answering any questions that arose. In conclusion, this is a hotel we'll definitely want to return to.

A small suggestion: it would be better to monitor the water temperature in the thermal pools in the morning, as sometimes it was very hot.

The hotel has an excellent location with direct access to the Hungarospa thermal complex, which was very convenient. Parking was well-organized, dinner was tasty and nicely presented, and the wellness area offered a relaxing experience after a day at the spa.

Breakfast service was disappointing – the buffet was not restocked in time, which caused delays. The room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay, which was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.
