Tons of free snacks at the entrance, lots of parking space and great location. The TV screens are some of the biggest I've seen in a hotel room. Unterbach is a nice alternative to staying in Düsseldorf.
The staff felt pretty absent during the day; for example upon arriving we had to wait over an hour to meet someone from the team. While there was a number we could "call", all we could speak to was an AI assistant confirming the receptionist was gone and they couldn't be reached via phone.

A very cozy room. Excellent value for money. Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful restaurant.
There were no slippers in the room. We desperately needed them, even the cheapest ones.

Staff was friendly and room was big, clean and comfortable.
The restaurant is not open on Sunday, although there are alternatives in the village near the hotel, Location is not very good with no easy access to the centre of Dusselfdorf at least by public transport. I don't know how much is a room normally, but I have seen it listed at 80 euros in Booking.com. For that money I would say it's OK. I paid close to 250 euros a night because there was some fair going one in Dusseldorf at the time and for that kind of money it is definitely not worthy.
