Hotel Villa Seeschau - Adults only

Sehr schöne Lage direkt über einem Weinberg, gemütliches Ambiente. Ausgezeichnetes, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sehr netter Bedienung und der Möglichkeit, dieses auch draussen auf der Terrasse mit Blick über Meersburg, den See bis hin in den Alpstein einnehmen zu dürfen.

Nachts war es im Zimmer ausserordentlich hell, da die Aussenbeleuchtung nicht abgeschaltet werden konnte. Beim Duschen in der Badewanne besteht grosse Rutschgefahr (keine Antirutschmatte) und die Glastrennwand ist viel zu klein, so dass sich auch bei grösster Vorsicht ein nasser Boden im Badezimmer nicht vermeiden lässt. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt, so dass sich mindestens tagsüber das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt hat.

Trotz hochwertiger Ausstattung eine absolut unkomplizierte Art des Umgangs mit uns Gästen und eine lösungsorientierte Weise, um sich um unsere Sonderwünsche zu kümmern … ;) Kurz: Ein zauberhafter Ort zum Verweilen!

The view was amazing, the breakfast was great. It was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we loved the hot tub, that was available 24h.

Honestly for that price, I would have expected much much more. The rooms were quite small, the bathroom especially and a bit "basic" (e.g. shower in the bathtub, no curtains, so the floor gets wed when showering). We were there on our honeymoon, which they knew and I specifically ask for some romantic decoration, which they refused to do, because apparently it was too short notice... But I think, putting some complimentary sparkling wine wouldn't have been too much of an effort. Furthermore they automatically assigned us to a garage place without mentioning that this will be 14€ per night. And the biggest surprise of all, everything (even the 300€ room price per night) can ONLY be paid in CASH. For that amount of money, this is absolutely outdated! Even though we had a nice stay and the end we felt a bit ripped off.
