We loved the location and layout of this lovely house, especially the front screened-in porch overlooking the harbor. Beds weren't the comfiest, but plenty fine after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. Kitchen and house had everything we needed. The house doesn't have heating, so a few nights were a little chilly, but we were fine with some sweatshirts. We loved walking to the Five Islands Lobster and ice cream stand :) We hope to come back!

A bit more cleaning could be done, and some new mattresses would be great, but the spot is beautiful, the cottage is comfortable and quaint, and all the people that I encountered from the owner, workers at the general store, neighbors were all very friendly and nice. The owners were extremely accommodating and the harbor was lovely for my boat. The easy access to my boat was amazing.

Liked the location, although it wasnt close to the places we wanted to visit. However really enjoyed watching the lobster boats on the screened in porch. Close to Reid State Park. Not many people there this time of the year so it was very quiet. Would stay there again.

We stayed at this property in late August 2021. The check-in process was very easy and the manager responded very quickly when I texted her with a question. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and utensils, and bottled water was provided, along with plenty of towels. We appreciated the state park pass that was provided with the rental, and enjoyed the close access to Reid State Park.
The screened front porch was our favorite part of the property- we spent a lot of time sitting up there reading or watching the harbor. The cottage is set on. a hill, so you get a very nice view.
