Excelent value for money, convenient location, good breakfast, handy lift, useful and essential parking as front of hotel is pedestrianised. We were given an extra room at no extra cost because of a broken bed in our booked family room. (we couldn't detect which bed was broken). Handy having a choice of restaurants near by, we plumped for the one next door. Also a small grocery store very close.
Bedroom smelt unpleasantly of cigarette smoke and 'bathroom smells', we were given 2 free breakfasts to compensate as there was no other room available to switch to. This was a fair compromise.

The property is good for the price, very well located and quiet.
The breakfast “buffet” was small and very poor.

The receptionist was very helpful
The beds were quite comfortable
The air conditioning was quiet and effective
It was quiet over night
Trying to find the hotel was very challenging as it was on a tram road with no car access. The reception smelt of fish and damp. Our room was on a ground floor and was dark and a bit grubby. There was no kettle or drink making facilities.
The carpark cost €10 and was very tight and underground our car actually tipped on to three wheels trying to access it.

3 minute walk from train station. If you need place close to station for one night, this will do. Sushi place, small grocery store beside it. Front desk lady was very nice and spoke English.

Location was excellent
The bedroom had black mould growing under the window. And the shower door was falling off its broken hinges.
The rooms need an update

Basic Hotel, Bed was good, new small bathroom. Perfect for when on a budget and want to be in walking distance of the old town. Parking in basement behind hotel.
The parking at the back is a bit creepy when arriving in the dark, not the best side of the hotel.

Dijon is a nice small place to visit
Definitely very clean and looks very safe place
But it is hard to see green area, every where with concrete, I think French people like to cover their cities with concrete 😁
Fake tiny green places most of the places
That Hotel just in front of the tram stop can’t remember the name
Also very very near to main train station
Old town walking distance and it is in nice area
Only things is in the Main Street and as a building not what I like
Tall and not characteristic, boring classic building
With narrow corridor to find your room door
In the room there was a wood which is a character of that building but decoration people paint that wood with white painting and makes it very ugly
Bed wasn’t that comfortable
Bathroom not great condition but having bath was good. Tired of modern showers
Sometimes good to have bath 🛀 to relax end of the day or before starting the day
We didn’t try their breakfast not know how was it
They ask me to pay £2 city tax for one night
Hotel in Lyon only ask me to pay 99cent city tax for one night for me and for my son
Hotel in Paris didn’t ask for city tax
Hotel in Lille same they don’t ask for the city tax
Now can someone explain me what is that city tax for
And why always charge different amount of money
It depends if the hotel decision or depends of the city which we staying
And also I found it very rude that city tax
They should be happy to have tourists in their city instead of asking them to pay city tax because of visiting the city
That’s why Europe can be nonsense sometimes compare of other countries

Underground parking with access to the hotel, friendly check in receptionist. The room was quite inexpensive.
There was a beam running across the bathroom which meant we had to shower bending over which was not comfortable. There was a strong smell of smoke in the corridor. The breakfast items such as the bread and croissants were dry.

Nothing!!!!
The room: The bedding was dirty and worn. The carpet had large stains and was dirty. There was dust on the picture, the TV, the lockers. The room was in terrible condition. Everything was dirty and old, smelling of dampness. The bathroom was large, but with old furniture.
Location: We had to pay for the parking! The parking zone behind the hotel is toooo small, only for 5-6 cars!

The bed was acceptable. There was a very nice front desk man in the morning
The staff member I checked in with was rude. I asked if she spoke English (in French) because I was traveling all day and exhausted and she said “yes”. But I know French and could hear her muttering about Americans making things impossible. Initially I felt bad but I didn’t ask for anything except to check in! After a few minutes I just got angry and decided she would hate me no matter what. I also called that night to ask a question which she was rude on the phone and hung up after answering the question.
Beyond that the room is bare, cheaply maintained but nonetheless a room. Really the biggest struggle was there was only one outlet in my room (106). They also have free wifi but it didn’t reach to my room. The pictures show some very nice rooms, which I definitely did not have. Maybe each room is different and some are better than others. I’d say avoid and stay at any of the other hotels next door.

Initially, I’ve chosen not to have breakfast at the hotel, just because I was first time in France and wanted to taste something out of ordinary, just casually going in the mornings and trying different breakfasts at different locations, hoping to catch french food vibe.
The location of the Hotel is superb, Cour de la Gare is like 1 min walk from the Hotel de Paris. Everything is nearby: city centre, trams going everywhere every 5 minutes, Darcy Square is nearby. You can as well take a tram to Universite de Bourgogne, if you have some friends there, cause that’s what I was doing. I came to Dijon to meet an old friend of mine, which studies at Universite de Bourgogne, and we ended up eating some random pizza on the balcony of the Hotel, which has a really nice view and unique vibe - please try some pizza there. Me and my friend stayed in the room 102 for about 3 nights and we enjoyed it so far!
The staff was great, they know very well English and are really polite, especially the old lady, sorry that I didn’t catch her name, if you’ll see her, please tell her she’s a wonderful person. Thank you, old but young, lady! :)
Wi-Fi signal was a bit slow and one toilet was a bit damaged.

The location was excellent
Its an old and basic room but it was a reasonable price so I didn’t expect much more. when we got to the room, there was no towels or toilet paper and the TV didn’t work. We asked for the items and we only got two towels, so no hand towel or one that I could use on my hair.
