Lovely hotel good location .

Nice hotel very nice public areas , room was pleasant and well furnished. We didn’t use them but lots of activities available front desk staff were very nice and bi lingual ( maybe spoke additional languages as well ) . Good location , plenty of parking of road.

Food was a little disappointing and wasn’t of the same standard as the hotel and facilities

Overpriced

Park, outdoor spaces pool spa

Much too expensive for the service provided. The rooms are average, the restaurant is good but certainly not good enough for the amounts charged, and the breakfast service is completely overwhelmed by the number of guests. Hotel guests must pay 39€ apiece to access the spa, which again is nice, but not nice enough to merit that kind of price. As a finishing touch, when we pointed out at checkout that there was a recurrent unpleasant smell in the bathroom, we were told “yes we know about that, but it’s not our responsibility”.

They advertised there were 4 chargers for EVs but none of these were working. This is really very poor nowadays. Would not stay there again for that reason, this kind of information has to be reliable.

Mercure..., Totally not...

Arrived at 22.06, according website restaurant open till 22.30. Restaurant closed... asked 2 times, it was a no. Was send to the bar.. nothing too eat. I choose for Mercure, for the normal good service.. this place was not like normal Mercure... outdated.. Room was outdated, bed was ok. Shower made for people max 1.70. Parking places for electrical cars were occupied by old gazole cars.. also complained at arrival about that... no help at all... Waist of money..

Will definitely stay here again (but ask to be seated differently to eat)

Everything but particularly the outside space to walk my dogs.

Children running around inside the property, particularly close to us whilst we were eating but that’s more about parents lack of control over their children or encouragement to be respectful towards other guests. I have three of my own and would not allow this behaviour. There is plenty of space outside the property for children to run around and have fun.

A much better than expected stay at the hotel

The very helpful & nice staff The lively yet relaxing lobby with its bar (people are actually using it, yet it remains peaceful) The care for the decoration The children room All the things made readily available (boots & coats for a walk, board games & other games, newspapers & books, etc) The size of the bed The comfort of the bed The very good restaurant. We did not wait much for the courses to arrive.

Nice place but some people should be better trained to treat all customers the same.

The scenery, the interior design, the cleaning staff. They do a much better job at treating customers properly than that man at the restaurant or whoever he was.

Selectively disrespectful behavior from some people in the staff as detailed above.

Beds were comfortable and room was quiet

We paid up front for half board and having reserved a table with reception when we arrived were told it was a buffet only!! The hotel have charged me again for the ‘buffet’ dinner and breakfast!!

When the booking is for a Superior room it would be good if reception is fully aware before allocating the wrong rooms. To also Make sure showers actually works before allocating a room. All terribly average

The live music in the dining room on Friday evening was far too loud - we had to shout to one another across our table!
