Good seized rooms and central

Right in the center close to restaurants and shops. Big parking in front, so very handy. Friendly staff and good breakfast

Good for a short stay.

The hotel is in a good location in the middle of town. The staff are helpful and friendly. We were happy with our room. The room was soundproofed, so there were no issues with outside noise. Breakfast was good. We ate out in the evening, so don't know about the restaurant on the ground floor. There was a kettle in the room for making drinks. There was safe storage for our bicycles. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

The hotel entrance could do with a refurbishment. The kettle in our room was on its last legs. We were charged 4 euros to store the bikes.

Breakfast was excellent choice. Kettle in room. Quiet, clean. Convenient to everywhere in Dinan.

Nothing except how Booking.com tried to cancel our booking despite having verified the card payment details. This was the 2nd time in 3 months Booking.com have attempted to do this at the last minute, giving us untold stress for no reason at all. WE WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM again.

Great location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the elevator was welcome, nice outlook to other old buildings.

The bed could do with a mattress topper, I found it too firm. It didn't worry me but the shower cubicle is tiny, however the shower itself is good.

Great hotel.in the middle of Dinan

Huge room with big windows. Very quiet so we could leave the windows open to get some breeze. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was market day when we arrived so had a bit of a problem finding somewhere to park but after the market finished we found a space near to the hotel. Such a lovely town.

The reception was only staffed after 16:00 and we turned up at 15:00 so couldn’t check-in.

Lovely small hotel with a typically French atmosphere

The hotel was very close to the town centre. The staff were very friendly and the room spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selection. We only stayed one night as a stopover but would definitely return.

Great location outdoor payable parking opposite which was perfect for our transporter van. Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Our dog was comfortable in the hotel too. We loved it and Dinard. Only regret is we wish we stayed another night.

TIME FOR A REFRESH!

Staff were attentive and kind. The size of the room was amazing. Location is perfect! Elevator was super handy. Providing a fan in the room was a lifesaver.

Bed was horrible! Felt like sleeping on concrete. I couldn’t move in the morning…everything hurt. Fridge stopped working and all of our food spoiled. WiFi never worked. Like not at all. Carpeting is nasty and old.

A cosy retreat in the heart of Dinan

Very kind and professional/multitasking staff, the hotel is located in a prime position to enjoy the beautiful Dinan and parking is readily available right in front of the facility. The breakfast has everything that's needed, including homemade products.

Internet is quite slow and sketchy but the staff was very helpful in trying to sort the problem out right away. Rooms are quite small and cold (it was October) but functional.

Perfect location in town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was larger than expected, clean and well appointed. Breakfast room clean and the selection was varied, fresh and tasty.

Very enjoyable overnight stop in an interesting city.

Very helpful and pleasant receptionist. Nice room high up over the square, and a good restaurant (under different management) just next door. Parking was a little difficult due to some special events on the day we arrived, but should not normally be a problem.

We had two single/twin beds, as requested. They were quite narrow, but reasonably comfortable otherwise. One window catch was faulty, but no great problem.
