The building is old, loads of character but most important is the new renovation which was done masterfully! Space is extremely well designed, AC is perfect, spaces needing to be darkened for sleeping are easily done, bathroom is well laid out with plenty of counter space and a functioning window.
The coffee is not up to European standards. But steps outside there are great options, this being Paris. So instead have the tea for breakfast. It is great! Could also use more fruit for breakfast , esp in summer.
