Cosy central place Paris

I had an excellent stay here and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The location is truly ideal: right in the heart of Paris, just a minute from the metro, close to buses, and within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself is beautiful, very bright, impeccably clean, and exactly as pictured. It feels brand new, tastefully decorated, thoughtfully furnished, and extremely well maintained, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including a very practical and well-equipped kitchen. What made the experience even more special was the neighborhood atmosphere. There are countless classic Parisian cafés on the street, which added so much charm and gave the whole stay an unmistakably authentic Parisian feel. In the mornings, the market in the street offered fresh, high-quality products every day, which was a real pleasure and made the area feel even more vibrant and local. The apartment is also very peaceful and cozy, while still being incredibly central, which is the perfect combination. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout, and everything about the stay felt easy and pleasant. It was one of the cleanest and most comfortable apartments I have ever stayed in, and I would gladly book it again on a future trip. A wonderful place in a fantastic location.

The apartment is situated in one of Paris’s safest neighborhoods a secure, upscale area where you can move about freely and safely at any time of day or night. The vibe is wonderfully authentic lively yet quiet offering a true Parisian atmosphere. You’ll find a multitude of restaurants, bars, theaters, and shops within walking distance, as well as several major tourist attractions just minutes away. Despite the bustling surroundings, the nights are surprisingly quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Proximity to the metro and public transport makes getting around incredibly easy, though most activities can be done on foot, making the stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is dynamic, welcoming, and lively without being overwhelming, offering a fantastic selection of restaurants. The host stands out for his availability, kindness, and responsiveness. Always accommodating, attentive, and friendly, he truly enhances the experience with seamless communication and excellent recommendations. It is perfect for a couple's getaway ideally located, secure, comfortable, clean, and bright, with an exceptional neighborhood atmosphere. We had a perfect stay in this apartment modern, elegant, and well located. Despite the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood and the vibrant Parisian life just outside, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The windows face the street, yet the sound insulation is excellent, allowing you to enjoy the city while still sleeping peacefully. The location is ideal, just a few steps from several metro stations, local markets, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants. Right across the street, there is a delicious bakery offering fresh products every morning, and only a 2‑minute walk away, you’ll find an authentic Parisian brasserie where everything is homemade, perfect for enjoying traditional dishes prepared on-site. The apartment itself is beautiful: modern, spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, and toiletries make the stay extremely comfortable. We were three people, and the sofa bed worked perfectly. The building is just as pleasant and secure, with easy access and the very convenient option of leaving your luggage at the reception before check‑in. Another highlight: the super fast wifi. It was a real advantage for working, streaming movies, or making high‑quality video calls. The connection was stable, immediate, and powerful enough to handle large files or multiple devices at the same time without any slowdown. The location also makes it easy to reach Paris’s main attractions: the Louvre, Notre‑Dame, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Eiffel Tower are all within quick reach. The neighborhood is lively and full of everything you might need, yet the apartment remains a peaceful retreat. A truly exceptional stay in an apartment where comfort, modernity, location, and services come together perfectly. We would have loved to stay here for our entire trip to France it was exactly what we needed to fully enjoy Paris.

Je pensais loue un appartement complet mais il s’agit en fait d’une chambre chez l’habitant Même si il a été sympathique je n’avais pas vu l’informations noyée dans 50 phrases À 150 euros la nuit ça fait quand même cher ! Partager la salle de bain les toilettes et l’appartement avec un inconnu qui dort dans le salon … On m’a demandé d’annuler sur Booking ce qui serait gage de finalement pas de couvre feu (idem noyée dans la descriptions !) et de payer en liquide en arrivant Je trouve ça très moyen même si encore une fois l’hôte a été agréable mais pas vraiment discret
