Hôtel La Villa Cannes

Location was great and was all we needed. Staff were helpful and gave us towels for the pool and the beach and we could leave our things.

Room was lovely but compact. All we needed though but expensive considering. Bathrooms by the pool weren’t great. Other than that it was perfect!

Pool and staff were great. Bad weather was expected by check in time so when I arrived early after checking out of another place, the front desk lady kindly let me use the pool gave me a towel and told me where I could change. They left an Occitane travel size toiletry gift bag for me for my birthday and let me check in as soon as a room was ready.

The main ceiling light was out of order for the entire stay. They tried to fix it but it wasn't possible. The Comfort Room that I had faced the outside common areas and it was dark without the ceiling light so I felt exposed. WIth the heavy curtains, it was too dark.

This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We booked this hotel after having an issue with an AirBnb, we were extremely welcomed by the lady on reception, she welcomed us and also our dog too! She answered all of the questions that we had such as 'is our dog allowed around the pool area' (yes). She asked us if we needed any help taking our luggage from our car too, she also let us borrow a plug adapter as we didn't have one this was very helpful and we were really grateful. There is free parking outside of the hotel which we found really convenient (free which is a huge bonus). Our room was absolutely amazing, very spacious, huge bath, robes and slippers and lots of amenities. We used room service also during our stay and the food was great and also what we thought was reasonably priced. We had an incredible view of the hotels garden from our room and windows that opened fully along with air conditioning. All of the staff in the hotel were kind, welcoming and this made our stay relaxing and very enjoyable. We would 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be returning again.

The facilities and staff are amazing

There was noise from a room below us that kept us awake at night there was no solution for this, but the staff tried taking action and failed but at least they tried !!
