Nice stay with a lake view

The room was really big and the view of the lake was lovely. The breakfast was also quite big and there were a few things to choose from. You can go down to the lake and have a swim if you like/weather permitting.

It might be helpful to have a key/key card to enter the building at night as you have to ring the receptionist to let you in. We didn't use the SPA facilities so cannot comment on them.

Great rooms with great view

The rooms are spacious, quiet and has comfortable bed. The view was great and the lake and walks by it were very nice. The food at the restaurant is tasty, though more flexibility would be appreciated as some food was too dry and a souse would have helped to fix it but the kitchen refused to give it even when money was offered. The waiter was nice and said that she will pass it to the management, so let's hope the management will find a way to fix it and make it great. The saunas are great as they are properly heated.

We did not much enjoy the pool area. First, we were greeted with rude cleaner that cleaned dirty floor over our feet and became even ruder when we asked to give us a minute to leave, as we were almost ready to leave the changing room. She started to shout that we should not come here if we don't like the way we are treated and continue to push dirty floor water on our feet. That is not the way to treat anyone, especially not in the vacation/wellness place. The saunas were great, but we could not enjoy the pool area, especially jacuzzi as some Russian men were shouting and having an extremely loud conversations that were even heard in quiet zone. I understand that this is not the fault of the owners, but that also shows that people do not fell as if they should respect others’ rest. Maybe some signs asking people to behave respectfully towards others or some staff members monitoring the area and keeping the order in it would help with this. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Though main bed was great.

Not all good

Beautiful view from the balcony.

When we arrived, we were disappointed that we only paid for the room and breakfast, but the Spa and pool were not included in the amount paid, it was not written anywhere on the booking.com page, there were clearly pictures of the spa, saunas and pool everywhere. We had to pay extra unexpectedly. The room was okay, we slept badly because the fridge in the 304 room was making a loud noise. The cafe could use more order: the tables were sticky, there was a lot of dust and hair. Hair was also found in the food. The breakfast selection was limited and that wasn't all. The hairdryer in room 304 was not working properly.

Its not a hotel, no even small fridge in room any kettle, restaurant close at 10 pm., breakfast from 9. When want come back late, need to force- like at home.

There was only one waiter working in the restaurant, so had to wait a long time for drinks and almost an hour for food. The dinner was not bad, maybe the food could have been a bit warmer. The breakfast also took a long waiting time, but was delicious.

Location: easy access to old town using Bolt or even a bus. Lake and beach below the hotel, you can swim in the lake! Breakfast was good as was also spa (separate fee for that). Friendly staff, big room and quietness.

In Lithuania people don't speak much English, this applies also to hotel receptionists but they are friendly and find ways to communicate (translators etc.).

Nice view

The staff was very friendly and managed to arrange the requested type of accommodation, even if internal lists pointed other. The View towards the lake was beautiful and the air conditioning allowed to keep the windows closed (mosquitoes).

Breakfasts are served from 9-11 hours, never had a accommodation serving it that late (too late for private vacation, impossible for business) . The booking options at booking suggested, that comfort rooms are equipped with kitchenette. Upon arrival I learned, that kitchenette is not available in this category at all. The booking tool is useless, if options are not displayed correctly.

Relaxing weekend away with good food

Brilliant views and only a short drive to the city. Lots of shops and shopping mall only a walking distance away. Loved the fact that it’s surrounded by nature and has a lovely spa. The reception staff were also very polite.

I really liked it

Even though it was last room I booked it had bathtub and very big double bed. Late check in, I was glad they have it. In general - it is very cool hotel, I will book it again when travel back to Vilnius.

Breakfast is seems running by one man and he looks like not very happy of it). Maybe he needs some extra pair of hands (or my impression was wrong). The variety of dishes for breakfast is veery limited, and you can't ask what juice you want. It is still a room for improvement
