It was in a perfect location and it was clean.
Pictures were a bit deceptive about the size. Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny.

Basic accommodation right in the middle of Santiago old town, windows opened out onto the street, with a juliet balcony. Small table with chairs in the room.
Could be noisy at night with several bars right next door, even with all the windows and shutters closed, but this is the trade off for such a central location. Did not deal with any staff at the pension apart from the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. A coffee machine in each room would have nice.

Location was perfect for exploring the old town. Room had a heater, it wasnt great but took damp chill of the room. Tea coffee station in reception area.
Room was VERY small, single bed, small wardrobe, table and chair. Smallest bathroom ever but it was clean and everything needed in it. Had bigger bathroom in motor home.
