Breakfast was good. Breakfast room to small and cramped, so hectic when people arrive mostly at the same time in the morning

First room we received stank of smoke. The friendly staff gave us another room which was generally good but only had a very small cabinet. Not enough for two people with ski clothes. But allover still a good experience

Very clean modern rooms, great buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking, and ski locker next to the lift.

Location was great! The lounge area was very comfortable. Service was very good at the front desk and at the bar. We tried the spa and it was very nice and quiet as they do bookings with time slots.

The area for breakfast could be nicer

- comfy beds - good location - very good breakfast

- rude waiters in the breakfast area that threw us out after 11am so we had to eat the rest of our breakfast in the lobby - on the sign in the spa area it says that the spa opens from 10am to 8pm and when we went down to enjoy the spa area on our last day at 11am they told us that this was a mistake and that it would only open from 1pm. We tried to convince them to turn it on for us but they were very rude and didn’t try to accommodate our wishes at all. Left very angry
