If you want to visit Assisi but don't want to carry luggage around this is THE BEST hotel. Literally across the street from the train station and the bus to Assisi. The location was perfect and the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Very warm family run hotel!
1. perfect location: just across the street from Assisi train station
2. definitely kind staff
3. spacious room and great to have balcony
4. nice breakfast with so many pound cake options, good cafe, and we got also scrambled eggs - 1st time in our trip in Italy!
