The receptionist was so very helpful, went above and beyond her duties to help us.
The location was not ideal, its a busy street and the day we arrived there were some festivities, therefore we had to park far away and walked through busy streets with ur suitcases.

Great location on the Rambla, near Catalunya, only steps to the metro, Boqueria market, and gothic quarter experience. Room was good, has elevator, good bed, good service
