The staff was very kind and helpful. They agreed to keep our dog with them while we went to Gardaland, that was super nice. Also the staff at the restaurant was very nice.
The swimming pool is also very nice, definitely a nice bonus with the high temperatures.
Unfortunately the area was full with people driving modified cars making lots of noise, which reduced the comfort.

I had to check in late but the reception staff was vey accommodating in making sure that wouldn't be a problem. I was driving from Venice to Malpensa airport and needed a place to sleep for the night before completing the journey. The hotel is very well located past Verona and offered a great value for money rate.
Some details could be improved on but frankly, considering the very modest price charged for a clean and comfortable room, it wouldn't be fair to share complaints.
