Value for money. Restaurant no-go.

The hotel is comfortable and the price very reasonable. The hotel staff friendly.

The restaurant let us wait for hours and forgot the orders. They were a bit rude and didn’t find solutions after they found out they misplaced the order. Felt like an episode of Hells Kitchen.

Wonderful place to stay for a short visit

The private seating area for each room was very nice, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the closet was spacious.The bathroom was a good size and it had a bathtub with a shower. The provided amenities like the cups and washcloths (typically dutch, we never had these in any other country and only in this hotel so far) were a nice bonus. They had a coffee machine area with a few options of coffee and tea.

The hairdryer is ok (doesn't dry too fast, or too slow) it's one of those stuck to the wall rather than a standalone one, which is ok too but if someone else needs to use the bathroom then you'll be stuck with wet hair until they're done. It was also very easy to flood the bathroom floor since the shower screen has a large gap underneath where water can pass through so we found there was water on the floor after our shower. I think if the shower head had been placed facing the long part of the tub instead of the shower screen it would have been better. There was unfortunately no fridge in the room, we weren't expecting one but if there was one it would have been great and would have exceeded our expectations. The bedsheets were too warm for the weather, so you would have to use the air conditioner to cool the room down until the bedsheets were bearable. Bear in mind it was 22°C in summer so in winter it might be totally fine.

Basic room but good location

The property was in a great location for our needs and easy to find. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly.

The room was In need of an upgrade, we were on the lower floor and the hallway going to the room smelled of damp as did the room we were in. Everyone we spoke to said it was a great hotel so perhaps we were in one of the rooms that had not been renovated in a while.

It was cheap enough for what it offered.

How the mattress was a little dodgy and it felt like it had a broken spring in it towards the pillow and some of the staff struggled with English and I had to repeat myself quite a bit.

it has a cosy, comfortable feeling. Everyone was helpful. All public rooms are warm and welcoming.

Maybe for some people a remote location. And the crossing of the road is always a thing but I know this is not the hotels fault, but council.

Perfect location for a business or family stay. Clean rooms , part was located on the other side of the road , seems also an interesting location for a bicycle trip start :-) Friendly staff at arrival and departure.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast was lovely good value for money Evening meal was of a high standard Staff generally very pleasant

You have a lovely new bar but each time we used it there were no staff there. Each time we had to ask reception to send someone and we felt we were interrupting and it was a bother to send someone to serve at the bar. We don’t understand that you a fabulous new bar area and no one permanently there.

Nice stay, but it waste hot to sleep comfortable even with the balcony door open during nighttime.

Breakfast was good, bed was good. Balcony with two chairs was nice. Also nice to have a coffee-maker with option to make a cup of tea.

No ventilation or airco available. Therefor the room was very hot, even at medium summer temperature (20-23 C). The room looked also a little outdated, worn out but all functioned ok.

When I arrived, was greeted by the receptionist and the gentleman spoke perfect English. He was very professional and polite and explained everything to me thoroughly. I will definitely stay here again. also this hotel is very clean and has a great atmosphere.

Nice to okay hotel that will do for a night. Costs are high and you will not get a lot of comfort.

The Breakfast was nice! I was glad I took it.

My dealbreaker is the bed: Two thin mattresses that move around, giving me a feeling of a hostel, not a proper hotel. The bedding was wrinkled but clean. The sheets are alright. I definitely did not sleep well. My partner felt similarly.
