They were very cordial, and clear on their terms, which is appreciated! I also liked that the market for food and the metro station are all in the same block!

the location is amazing, you get to experience the authentic napoli life, jist like you see on tv, with clothes hanging in the balcony. very close to spacca napoli, there is a place where you can get breakfast just outside and another 3 pasticcerie within 2 or 3 minutes walk, conad 3 minutes walk away, bar for drinks also very close if you do not have the energy of going too far after a day out exploring it islocated in a narrow road opposite the balcony we had - got some amazing grappa that was served with some dark chocolate on the side. the stuff are super nice.the bed was comfy and clean, we got the room done daily.

I mean for what you are paying this is top notch. the place is lacking some finishing touches and some things needed repairing, nothing that major to be honest. and yes it is noisy, but that's the fun of it too, not good for people who want total silence at night or early morning as there is a kind of street market just outside the window, I loved it personally, but just a heads up for the guests who are not up to soaking in the authenticity of the location.

The area was nice — close to the old town, metro, and a few cozy bakeries with good coffee. The room itself was comfortable, with a strong hot shower and a soft bed and mattress.

The city itself felt quite noisy, and the good supermarket was a few kilometers away. We also had an unpleasant situation with Booking’s unclear payment process. The money for our stay was charged before the trip, but when we arrived, the property asked us to pay again. We contacted Booking support right away, but they responded only the next day with a generic message saying “everything is fine,” without explaining what happened or what we should do. We never received any clear follow-up. We were confused and stressed, trying to understand what a “pre‑authorization” even meant, and why there was no warning about it in our booking or on the website. In the end, we decided to pay directly at the property on our last evening. The host processed the payment via terminal and gave us a receipt. Just an hour later, the original amount was automatically released back to our card — which confirmed that it was, in fact, only a pre-authorization. We're glad it worked out, but we were left disappointed with Booking’s lack of transparency and slow, unclear support.

The apartment was beautiful with nice furniture and the host was very nice and helpful. Good location, interesting area, several really good pizza places within 200 meters.

The room smelled like mould and there was mould all over the shower. We guessed it was due to the heavy rain period during the days before. Buildings in this area are built for hot weather. Cloth and towels did never fully dry. The noise is part of Naples. If you can't stand noisy places, Naples isn't for you. Although it is called B&B, there was no Breakfast. So its actually just 'B'. Have to mention though that Breakfast was not mentioned in the reservation so no false expectations were built up.
