Reception area was at times neglected but the staff were amazing.

The staff were always friendly and on time with breakfast. Fresh bread and muffins were served every morning. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the bedding and towels were also changed regurlarly. The guest house is near Etosha.
The staff did not understand English very well. The restaurant service in the evenings were very slow and many of the dishes on the menu were not available. The breakfast menu was also sometimes very limited. Some nights a lot of noise was made by other guests.
