Huge apartment, friendly staff, delicious restaurant downstairs, lots of security, easy to find

No air conditioning for dry season

Front desk staffs, very professional and helpful, but hats off to the housekeepers. Nothing was trouble for them, they provided anything and everything I needed and cleaned my room every day. Location is brilliant, 8 minutes’ walk over the foot bridge and you are in the center for an assortments of shops. Felt very safe, security is good at the apartment and officers very friendly.

Nothing to say here, everything was good for me on this trip.

A BIG NEGATIVE: I had my six year old child and we couldn't sleep till close to 1:00am due to a lot of noise from a music band at the restaurant despite our room location on the fourth floor of the Suswa block. I complained to a receptionist at 11pm and again at midnight. They said they had asked the band to reduce the noise but they didn't. I'd return, but wouldn't accept a room at the Suswa block without confirmation that the band would not be playing in the evening. Spotted a cockroach around the kitchen cabinets. POSITIVES: The following day I requested to move to a room in the Lenana block and staff were highly helpful in moving us to one facing the Norfolk hotel. We had a fantastic experience in the Lenana block, and I added four more nights. Both blocks have excellent large and clean rooms with high architectural quality.
