Comfortable and spacious!

The host made everything so easy from check in to check out and was very responsive. The room was great and the gym and pool were lovely.

The pool was a bit chilly but thats perfect for a hot day - just not heated as described.

I had an absolutely magical stay in the staff with delightful. Great communication from the management company and the apartment was immaculately clean. The bed is really comfy and the bedding was very clean and perfect in every way. The kitchen is well appointed. There is a washing machine that works very well and a lovely balcony overlooking the city. Sadly I was there on business but I know that the gym is very good as is the swimming pool. The apartment is located very centrally in Nairobi and is very good on security with at least three or four guards on the front gate who don't let anyone in unless they have the right credentials. This is definitely my place to stay and it was my second or third visit. Thank you to everyone for making me so welcome

Definitely i did not stay in this apartment They management's changed to the silvermist residence So am not sure if this one exists ,I requested for extension of one day and one lady was asking more than what was on the website Secondly despite the apartment looking clean, the pillow case were saying different, Secondly the security in the gates are not friendly, their does not allow the uber/tax to go inside the building,despite having a long trip and heavy luggages, they don't care , Also noticed there isn't a dustbin in the toilet. Could you please provide one? It would really help. Thank you!"
