Rooms were stunning. We had a family room and it was amazing. Hotel felt very grand for the amount paid
Food options were limited in the restaurant and would have been better if there were extra options for starters and desserts. There wasn’t any facilities to entertain teenagers and the pool area would benefit from a pool table and darts board for example Location required taxi to go anywhere

Size of the room was really good. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Food. Buffet was overpriced at night. Breakfast, made myself a cup of tea in the morning, fresh milk, first jug didn’t come up, thought maybe it was empty, 2nd jug poured out and was lumpy. Told staff who opened the first jug and it was like porridge, how long had that been sitting there for, did staff not check before putting me out, totally put off the whole buffet breakfast. Rooms looked lovely, people above making noise & scraping chairs at 1am & 3am, overheard someone moaning about the same thing.
