Kalimera Studios and Apartments

The owners are really nice and always there to help. The apartments are well located just a short walk from the town centre and a nice beach. We really enjoyed our stay at Kalimera Apartments and Moraitika.

Kitchen was not too well equipped

The hosts were amazing, kind, helpful, hospitable and so sweet and engaging with our children. They recommended local places to visit and eat. The rooms are beautiful, though the kitchen facilities are basic. I knew this before we stayed so we planned to have main meals outside of Kalimera. The location of the apartments means it’s very easy to walk out and eat in a variety of places nearby. It’s also close to several supermarkets if you do want to try to eat in. The pool was a really good size, much bigger than I thought from pictures and was like everywhere else in the apartments lovely and clean. The absolute bonus detail to all of this is that you are 5 mins walk down to a beach which you can watch a sunrise from. This was the highlight of our 2 weeks travelling around Corfu. The beach itself has rentable loungers and clear, shallow waters making it perfect for families.

Nothing! The only bad thing was we had to leave and would have loved to stay for more time.

Owners were exceptionally kind throughout the stay always ready to help with anything and everything. Facilities were amazing. The pool is lovely, room had aircon which was a lifesaver in the heat, and the little balcony in the room was a great plus (although watch out for mosquitoes in the evenings). There are restaurants and plenty of shops within walking distance making evenings easy to arrange. There is a bus stop right by the property too with frequent busses which run all around the island if you want to plan day trips elsewhere. The timetables for the buses are always by the front desk which is extremely helpful. Will definitely be coming back!
