We loved waking to the vulcano views and easy access to the lake and private jetty. Generally the quiet nature of the location. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and space for yoga if one felt so inclined. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and utensils to make coffee, tea and smoothies. There were lots of self development and yoga books. The owner was very responsive and attentive. The beautiful view from the bathtub
We found the living areas quite dusty, especially the day beds. There wasn't enough outdoor seating to enjoy the view. The internet was not very reliable- something to bear in mind if remote working. The hot water in the shower was sporadic, and we did not manage to have a bath as it turned cold after 10 minutes or so.

apartment inside was cozy
the location next to a road that didnt feel safe at night, if you get the apartment near the entrance it will be noisy and you will get the worst view of the lake, we found a couple of scorpions, expect that near the lake, wifi wasnt working properly, overall quality price was not the best. Go to Picnic hotel better

- Everything was available. Kitchen, fridge.
- Nice bed
- Friendly staff
- It is a 15 min walk from the center. During daytime it’s fine however after sunset you need a flash light or a tuktuk. It’s very dark.
- Lot of stray dogs in the area
- A bit expensive stay

The apartment was clean and cozy, the view was breathtaking and the fact that the property has a private access to the lake makes it even more special.
Josébal, the manager of the property, was really helpful with info on the check-in and whenever we had questions.
