this place was amazing. the most beautiful and relaxing hotel. i went with my mom and we had the best time ever. the food was so good. the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. i highly recommend this place!!!

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Atitlán. The staff was extremely attentive, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and good overall; while they could benefit from some renovation updates, the hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained.
The food was spectacular everything we tried was delicious, and the drinks from the bar were excellent as well. The breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best we have had in quite some time, with a great variety and quality.
The only aspect we did not particularly like was the check-out and check-in schedule. Check-out is at 11:00 AM while check-in is at 3:00 PM, which can feel a bit limiting, especially for guests staying only one night, since it reduces the amount of time available to fully enjoy the property and amenities.
If possible, I would recommend considering a later check-out time, perhaps around 1:00 PM, as many hotels offer. I believe that small adjustment would make the overall experience even better.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we truly enjoyed our time there.
