Loved the location - perfect for kids with very easy access to the beach. Plenty of space and a great layout for lots of people. Loved the second living space downstairs for afternoon naps! Enough parking on the street for cars.
Would have liked fans or aircon in the main room as the house got uncomfortable in the humidity (where there wasn’t a breeze).
Access to the driveway would have been handy for pram access, or packing and unpacking the car.
The street does get quite busy and hoons like to show off their engines at night...or just after the kids fall asleep 🤪

The real-estate where not helpful when we had problems with an alarm going off for three days. As well as when we asked for a bed sheet to be changed as it had a blood stain on it when we first arrived at the location.
