This gorgeous waterfront home boasts its own beautiful, private 100 ft pier and shoreline. Crab and fish right off the pier! The 4100 sqft house is a sight to see with its expansive layout and its unique 3rd floor tower room. This room offers a 360 degree view of the Tangier Sound, Goose Creek, Mine Creek and the Manokin River. Toddler bed and Pull out couch are an added bonus!
Swimming pool will entertain the swimmers while the fisher-people explore the pier and shoreline. Large and private front and backyards hold a view that will take your breath away. Take advantage of the three kayaks or rowboat to explore the shoreline with the family. Indoor grill allows for cookouts no matter what the weather brings! The location was amazing. The views all around the property were gorgeous. We had a family reunion and it accomodated all of us very well. Some of our family came for the day and some stayed overnight. We crabbed from the dock. The host kept kept the pool open for us in case anyone wanted to swim. There were a lot of mosquitoes but that is common for the area due to the marsh. We were able to enjoy the screened in porch around the pool. Some of our group enjoyed the use of the kayaks. We also had a lot of fun exploring and walking the beach!

Great place to stay. Crabbing was amazing and right in our backyard! House large enough for everyone. Pool was beautiful. Had the best family vacation. Worth the ride We live in NJ. We would like to return next summer if possible. Sarah answered all our questions. She was always available to help us with questions we had. All of us had a great time.Had a great time.

This place is fantastic! Beautiful scenery and completely secluded. We were expecting to get destroyed by bugs, but they were very manageable. The pier was amazing for fishing, crabbing and hanging out. Lots of jelly fish in the water, but the pool was great for everyone! The house has so much character. Thanks for a great trip!

The house was super cute and private. The host was kind and answered questions quickly! Only downfall was there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and so many flies in the yard. We made the best of our stay but weren’t able to enjoy the backyard like we had hoped.
