La ubicación, enfrente del mar, la terraza y la amplitud del apartamento.

Falta de revisión previa a la llegada del cliente (lámparas, enchufes, el toldo de la terraza...). La cocina no tiene lavavajillas

Solo la ubicación del apartamento merece la pena. De la piscina sales directo a una de las mejores playas de Denia. El ambiente de la urbanización es muy familiar y tranquilo. La terraza es una joya: desayunamos, comimos y cenamos en ella, escuchando las olas del mar. Una pasada.

El apartamento es viejo y le falta una vueltecita. Por ejemplo, los baños están reformados, pero huelen mucho a cañería. La cocina es de hace 50 años (frigo y vitro nueva) y el menaje de Cuéntame. Los armarios de las habitaciones no están hechos, es decir, está el hueco tapado con una cortina. Para el precio que pagas, la verdad, podían mejorarlo. Y ya de paso cambiar los colchones de las habitaciones pequeñas (la suite principal está muy bien con su baño dentro).

The location is very good, the apartment is located in a complex that is very well taken care of. Swimming pool and beach just 5 meters from it make it very comfortable.

There are few things in the apartment that spending very little money would make a difference. Clean properly the apartment, it is not nice to find bloody mosquitos scattered on the wall. The doors make a lot of noice and you can barely close them, put some oil. There is missing a locker in one of the toilets. The terrace plants is full of cigarettes.

A great location with a brilliant sea view, easy access to the beach and a short bus ride into Denia. There is a great super market nearby which sells everything.

We booked the appartment for 6 adults, two 7 year olds and 3 infants. The kitchen is very small, the sitting area is not comfortable as there was only a bed settee to relax on. The dining chairs were also stained, the plug sockets were in bad condition and we could only use 2 in the whole appartment with an english plug adapter. The baths were stained and the ensuite toilet had a bad odour from the sewers. The appartment is in a Spanish community so we were not allowed in the pool at siesta time which is fine and we respected that but some of the residents were quite rude and made it obvious that they didn't like any noise or fun at all within their community. We think this appartment is ideal for couples and a group of friends but NOT children ( children are expected to be quiet all of the time and not enjoy themselves even out of siesta time!)
