La cercanía a la playa y la tranquilidad de la zona. La lavadora estaba estropeada y la dueña se ofreció a pagar los gastos de lavandería, si eran necesarios.
La vitrocerámica no funcionaba correctamente y no tenía potencia para sartenes y ollas grandes. Que era una segunda planta sin ascensor y no lo sabíamos. Que solo nos dieron una copia de llaves y el apartamento no tenía portero automático, eso nos complicó bastante

Ubicación a 10 min de la playa, piscina con toboganes muy entretenida para los niños,poca masificación
El colchón del sofá cama estaba un poco sucio, la limpieza es mejorable, aun así tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable
