This small, boutique hotel is simply perfect. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and there is an excellent policy of providing a 'magic cupboard' outside the room with everything extra that a guest might need. Special needs immediately provided for.

The hotel and staff were really welcoming and the view from the rooms over the pool and sea were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and home made. There were paddle boards, kayaks and bikes to borrow - even sea shoes. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable (even the sofa bed).
Our ground floor room had direct access to the pool and we were able to have breakfast directly outside our room - really good if one of you gets up earlier than the others in the group. And useful if you want to be close to your room during breakfast.
You had to get in a car/taxi to go to a restaurant or shop. We were in the room beside the kitchen and therefore we had to get used to the staff arriving and working from 6.30am. After a couple of days I slept through to 8.30am, so it wasn't really a big problem. But if you are a light sleeper - ask for a first/second floor room.

An exceptional boutique hotel where the staff go out of their way to keep everyone comfortable. Tatiana, the manager is just amazing. She seems to know what you want/need before you do!
The position is superb being only a few minutes from the beautiful town of Ermione.
The hotel is also right by the sea in a sheltered bay. There is not really a beach but you can swim straight off from the hotel lawn.
The swimming pool is excellent and being a full flood design it almost looks like you are actually swimming in the sea just a few meters away.
I have to find something to criticise - but it is difficult to find anything here to work with. There is even a store cupboard available in the hall way to top up on free drinking water or other necessities.
Breakfasts were very good for a hotel that only had five rooms and the staff seemed prepared to get the guests almost anything they wanted.

Nothing. OK maybe the sunshades don't cover the sunbeds unless you move something. That really is scraping the barrel to try and find something that isn't perfect about this lovely hotel.

The location is comfortable, 10-20 min with car to Armioni, Kinada and other beautiful places.
Overall – a simple place to sleep, but not boutique or luxurious in any way. For the price, we expected much more.
The rooms are clean but quite small with limited storage, and the bathroom is very compact.
Breakfast was very basic, and some of the buffet items didn’t look fresh. Still they were happy to provide fresh replacements when asked.
The beach of the hotel lacks of chairs, shade, or easy access to the water, which made it hard to enjoy. The pool is lovely and quiet, no music, drinks or snacks service.
