About this apartment rental
No step-Easy access, cedar duplex on ground floor level. Newly added King Bed in spacious'n open Bed'n Bar, den and dining area. Your own personal courtyard provides patio seating and Hot Tub (if requested) yours Exclusively (1 time $25 fee)
We welcome 1 nighters (may exclude holidays). Simplicity is key for your affordable spacious ground floor unit with all you need for your well-deserved mountain get-away where mountains surround with pastural views. Creek outside meanders its way to Lake Glenville just a mile away where Signal Ridge Marina offers superb boat rentals. This rental is on a 3 mile desired country road, perfect for a jog, stroll or bring your bike to enjoy old barns and farms here with a sweet rural setting!

Well behaved dog is ok for 1 time pet fee. None to be left if guest goes off.
Sofa is also a 'single-size' bed if needed...OR choose (must w/advance request IF 2nd King bed if required, since not ready nor open otherwise/ has additional fee)

One mile to famous Lake Glenville being the highest lake East of the Mississippi where our local Marina offers kayak, canoe, pontoon boats rentals and more for 'on the water fun memories'! Pet friendly (pet fee and rules will be applied). Park directly next to entry at your own gated patio area and outside seating. Wi-fi, TV w/DVD player ( DirectTV).

We had a very relaxing time here in the evenings after exploring many beautiful waterfalls in the nearby areas! The hosts were great at communication!

This place was a delight to stay at for our short weekend get-away. After a day of activities, we returned each evening to enjoy the hot-tub & then retreating for the remainder of the evening inside the uniquely decorated cabin. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we slept like babies. Kitchen was supplied with anything you needed to prepare a meal or snack. Speaking of snacks, the hosts even had a tray full of snacks to enjoy. Ah outdoor grill and picnic table was also available for us to use. We visited some nearby waterfalls and quaint small towns nearby. This place felt like it was ours alone. The Primes were so accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend a stay here and would do it again should we come by the area again!!

The location is quiet, just off of the lake with a large area out front if you bring a dog and want to exercise him near the cabin. There is a creek that runs down the boundary if they like to swim.
It was only me on this trip so the cabin was very comfortable with all the amenities I needed.
