Master Bedroom -1 king size bed, Loft Bedroom -set of twins with room for air mattress and sleeping bags, 1.5 Baths. The perfect place to escape from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Relax in front of a cozy fire with a glass of wine, play a game of chess, play a round of golf, go horseback riding, or visit one of the many beautiful nearby waterfalls, or take on the ski slopes. Or, if you like to shop-till-you-drop, the Cashiers area is full of unique mountain shops filled with authentic, handmade, one of a kind gifts.
A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill make cooking your meals a pleasure, but if you do not want to fool with the dishes (there is a dishwasher), there are many delicious restaurants nearby.
Fireplace, Private Deck, Central heat and air conditioned, Roku Smart TV in the den and in the master bedroom, Linens, Washer/Dryer, King size bed in master bedroom. Twin beds in upstairs bedroom.
The comfortable king-sized bed and TV in the master bedroom is perfect for late, lazy mornings. The deck is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the local wildlife. And of course, snuggled up on the love-seat in front of the fireplace is a wonderful way to end a day of hiking, fishing on the lake, golfing, tennis, skiing, or shopping.

This is probably the 5th timeWe have stayed at the Tree frog and as always it never disappoints. Mr and Mrs McCord are a pleasure to deal with.The condo is always very clean and such a quiet place to stay

Place was as described. Close to Cashiers and Sapphire Valley restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Nice comfortable stay!

The "Tree Frog" is a 2BR/1.5 BA townhome situated on a ridge above the Horse Pasture River just east of Cashiers. Nice floorplan, very functional kitchen, lots of windows, abundant outdoor seating (front porch and back deck) for sunny days. Lots to do in Cashiers as well as nearby Highlands and Brevard: hiking, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, etc. Ingles Market just down the road as is the beach/boat rental/hiking trail venue at Fairfield Lake, and there is also a new, well-equipped Fitness Center that can be accessed by townhouse guests through SV's Amenity Card system. Late April was a great time to visit although I heard that the Summer can be hectic. We would book again if returning to the area.
