About this apartment rental
Our unit is a quiet, second floor, open concept condo. We are the second to last building, deep in the complex, .3 miles from the front gates and road. Tranquil location with no traffic or road noise. High ceilings enhance the open feel. Wood floors in the breakfast nook, entry, kitchen and dining area. Comfortable "island style" furniture, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Master is Tommy Bahama furnished with a king bed and French doors to the screened lanai, overlooking a pond with lighted waterfall.The guest room has two twin beds and is light and bright in a Ralph Lauren theme. The full width lanai features a love seat, dining set and Cracker Barrel rockers for enjoying the sunrise and pond view. The living room and both bedrooms feature flat screen HD TVs with Comcast Cable, and High Speed Wifi is included.
This unit is updated with new stainless appliances and granite counters. All kitchenware is new and upscale.
The unit comes equipped with two coolers, six beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Two brand new beach bicycles are available as well! Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are just 4 miles North via Tamiami and Bonita Beach Road. Delnor Wiggins Beach is a short ten minute drive South. Gateway Shoppes of North Bay are an easy .7 mile walk south and features 5 Guys, Panera Bread,Tropical Cafe, Bealls, DSW, Staples, a Sushi restaurant and the Naples Brewery.

Safe, clean, friendly, community. Excellent pool. Close to shopping, restaurant, and beach. Beach was near by and the water was great. The bikes were in new condition. The lanai was large and was great eating or just relaxing.It does not have a gas grill, and that could have been a big plus. We were over all happy with our stay and would rent again.

If you are looking for a quiet vacation in the small resort community, in the clean and well appointed condo, with a huge lanai and beautiful views, this is it. And if you like to do laps (like we do), the resort pool is a dream come thru - large, clean and completely private if you swim around 10 in the morning or after 4... There are also two awesome cruiser bikes in the garage - so comfy we used them everyday for hours.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location. We'd definitely recommend Greg's place and plan on coming back next year.
