I liked the location and the nearity of the hotel to major tourist and devotional deatinations in trivandrum city
The service lift in the hotel was left open in the dark and children were playing in the corridor. I informed the reception, but still the same happened. Hotel staff needs to keep it close all the time, or else something unfair can happen to the people taking rooms.

All Resturants staffs are very good, Night shift front dest staff is good., Location prime.
They will not alliow you before 10 mins of your checking time, Even if you check out with out having breakfast, So if you need early checking they will ask one day tariff, Even for one hour. So you need to prepare for it, except location nothing in this hotel.
