The apartment is close to sandy beach, ideal for families with small children, water is very shallow, and beach is not crowded.

For the price, we expected more - tiny details, such as no extra payment for air conditioning what was not included in description or toilet paper to be bought on our own...

New, very clean and well equipped apartment. Welcoming host. Perfect for visiting Zadar.

We liked the location, the beach it was next too was literally a couple minutes walking. Josip was very nice, he helped us fix the TV box to watch the Hrvatska game on time in our room. The beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the sea from the belcony. The theme was cute, retro. We loved the bed for the kids, it was a little nook in the wall of the bedroom, and then our bed was in the room too. Lots of parking available. They had dish soap, and hand soap along with enough shower towels for everyone.

We noticed on the ceiling there were lots of webs. I went around trying to clean what I could reach. Also, they could use a regular pan to cook for example eggs on, I had to use a pot. The thing that we were very upset about was that when we went to go pay morning after we arrived, she was rounding up out total in euros from what we were invoiced, and she made up her own exchange rate even after I said it was incorrect which led us to be charged more. We had to pay an extra 40. My husband said to just pay it as I saw he was not in the mood to deal with anything as we have small kids with us, but I called the agency to clarify once we left because it was bothering me and the man I spoke to said what she did was not right, and that the exchange rate she used was too high and she should not have done that. They said they would speak to her so it does not happen again.
