About this apartment rental
Our house Manuela is actually in the place we have named Ljubac, we do not use the wrong location for our house to lure the guests with the wrong location. Our house is a modern building with high-quality new equipment, it is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Ljubac, surrounded by a spacious meadow landscape with a Mediterranean garden, a playground for children and parking for guests (free of charge) has a balcony closed from the left and right with an unobstructed view of the sea. The distance to the natural sand beach of approx. 500-600 meters is not a disadvantage, since there is a 10. 50mx4.50m swimming pool behind the house. B. Quiet, no crowds of people, low-traffic street, no loud inns or events. In short, our HOUSE MANUELA is the ideal place to relax and unwind, undisturbed to relax from work and everyday stress. We have 5 app. for 2-4 people, 2 apt. for 2 pers. and 1 luxurious DG apartment for 4-6 people. Total capacity of our house 28-32 pers., Groups, families, seniors and young couples, welcome.
In 2012 a swimming pool will be built behind the house, where our guests can really relax, recharge their batteries, read a good book or simply sunbathe extensively. Our house thus offers all the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location, away from mass tourism and noise, but still not too far from the action. In the immediate vicinity is the city of Zadar with many entertainment options, bars, restaurants, cafes, museums, cultural monuments, sport and event events, all in the immediate vicinity of approx. 15 km. In the immediate vicinity there are many romantic fishing villages, wild rocky coasts, deep gorges, lonely bays, grottos and bizarre rock formations. Ljubac is located in the middle of this captivating and breathtaking landscape. Excursions and other activities can also be easily reached from the town of Ljubac, the famous waterfalls of Plitvice Lakes and Krka Falls to the Kornati archipelago and the like. S. W. In about 3km there is a country village where you can go horse riding, paintball, quad biking and more. S. W.

- Behind the house is also our pool with a small stone house and sun protection built on balistrades (pillars)
In front of the pool there is a privacy screen made of Mediterranean cypresses and all kinds of plants
-The pool is illuminated in the evening, here you can spend a nice barbecue evening and enjoy the nice summer evenings
-Children have plenty of room to play, play equipment is also available
- We will be happy to provide you with mobile air conditioning for an additional charge, by prior arrangement
-A solar shower is by the pool, it is compulsory to shower before using the pool

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 6 und 10 Jahre) haben tolle 10 Tage bei Herrn Miletic in seiner Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir hatten die Dachgeschosswohnung, alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben, alles blitzeblank sauber und voll funktionsfähig. Die Klima-Anlage war Gold wert, die Temperaturen waren Ende August stets mindestens 34 Grad, bereits früh morgens hat es 30 Grad. Der Pool im Garten ist ein Traum, für die Kids optimal zum planschen und auch groß genug um ein wenig zu schwimmen. Achtung, ab 18 Uhr kommen die Stechmücken! Auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Miletic war hervorragend - er war immer nett, zuvorkommend und hilfreich zur Stelle und gab sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit in vollem Umfang weiter empfehlen.
Für Ausflüge, und das ist das einzige, minimale Manko, wird nahezu immer ein Auto benötigt. Das hat aber natürlich nichts mit der Ferienwohnung zu tun. Ein Strand und die damit verbundene Infrastruktur sowie ein minimal ausgestatteter Supermarkt mit dem Allernötigsten ist in Laufnähe, für alles Andere wird ein Auto benötigt. Für uns aber kein Problem, da wir sowieso mit dem Auto angereist sind.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, gerade die Städte / Städtchen Zadar, Nin, Primosten (etwas weiter weg) sind wunderschön, Auch empfehlenswert ist die Insel Pag.

Wir waren im August 2016 bereits zum Zweiten Mal für 2 Wochen bei Fam. Miletic. Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand mit einem schönen Garten mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen. Der Pool ist einfach ein Traum und brachte uns Erholung pur.
Die Vermieter sind zwei ganz liebe Leute, immer hilfsbereit oder für ein Pläuschchen zu haben. Sprechen perfekt deutsch.
Das Meer ist ca. 1km entfernt, es gibt tolle Kinder Sandstrände und auch und in der näheren Autoreichweite auch Strände mit schneller tief werdendem Wasser.
Es gibt zwar kulinarisch keine Toplocations in der Gegend aber ansonsten besticht das Haus Manuela und der Ort mit den perfekten Zutaten für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Preise sind auch fair.
