Da localização, do atendimento dos intermediários. O local e o bairro são ótimos para se deslocar pela cidade.
Melhorar a limpeza do banheiro. Box de banho com bolor nas paredes. Quarto sem iluminação, precisa urgente trocar luminaria. A máquina de lavar estava fora de uso. A roupa foi levada a lavagem pelos administradores quando solicitamos.
