The staff, their behavior, cleanliness all was good
The house keeping section could be better. We stayed 3 nights and twice we asked to clean our room when we went outside. But as cleaning staff was not available at that time, the rooms were not cleaned

No lift facility, No attached restaurant but good restaurant next to the hotel, poor room service, good car parking with car wash facility

Location for breakfast was good.
Stairs to the room very steep, no elevator. Water was provided on request.

Too much of commercialisation and very stern about check in and check-out. Not serious about customer-friendly approach!!!
