Location is good to get to Omis and other seaside villages including Split. Nice outside patio but shared with others so hardly any privacy. Close proximity to a beach with cafes and restaurants.
Place had an odd smell which seemed that no one stayed there for a while. All beddings and towels were not smelling fresh either. However, the biggest issue we had was the noise. We could hear all kinds of sounds from upstairs and outside with the worse one being the downpipe of the upstairs toilet which runs along the bedroom wall outside, next to our pillows. We knew every time someone went to use the toilet at any time...
Another big issue was that the place is not fully air conditioned as is falsely advertised on Booking.com. There is only one small AC unit in the entrance door and nothing in the bedrooms, which cannot cool the whole apartment. Only one bedroom has mosquito net so we could open the door/window to get air, the other did not. We complained and Dino was helpful and arranged two air fans and agreed a discount, upon our request, as the apartment was overpriced, for what was offered. However, for us it was already too much inconvenience after a very long trip. We stayed 5 nights but we were looking forward to our next destination on the first day.
