Beach Apartments Croatia

I stayed in this apartment with my family a few weeks ago, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Both the accommodation and the host exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with gifts, including homemade liqueur and olive oil, with the olive oil being presented at internationally recognized fairs. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming—never intrusive, yet always available and eager to help with anything we needed. He genuinely made an effort to ensure our stay was memorable. We also enjoyed great conversations and found many shared interests. One of the highlights of our vacation was preparing a barbecue together with the host, Davor, and his wife. I learned many practical tips about preparing fish the Dalmatian way, from cleaning to marinating and grilling, and the result was fantastic. The apartment offers a large parking area, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The sea is very close, and the surrounding nature is simply stunning. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience.

Wir haben die Unterkunft Ende Mai 2026 besucht, als 6 köpfige Familie. So einen tollen Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie! Man hat sich mehr als willkommen und herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt, wirklich Bilder-Buch Gastgeber! Grandioses Frühstück, Gastgebergeschenk, süße Geschenke sind nur die Dinge, die man offensichtlich sieht - was man nicht sehen kann: die Aura und die Herzlichkeit waren bemerkenswert. Die Wohnung ist praktisch, sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, Waschmaschine, mit allem Nötigen zusätzlich ausgestattet (Küchentücher, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinenpads,…) und liegt hervorragend. Duće ist ein attraktiver Urlaubsort für Menschen die das Meer ohne Trubel aber auch nicht total abgeschieden erleben wollen. Wir als Familie haben den Sandstrand genossen (gibt es selten in Kroatien) und die Bar Tamarin direkt am Strand. Es gibt noch zahlreiche weitere Kaffees und Buden, allerdings ist Ende Mai noch alles am auftauen. Dafür waren wenige Touristen da, flach abfallendes Wasser, Sonnenschein um die 30 Grad Celsius, ein toller Gehweg/Fahrradweg von Duće in die schöne Kleinstadt Omis. In Omis kann man dann Altstadt und etwas mehr Tourismus erleben (fußläufig in ca 30 min gemütlich) und danach wieder in seine private Idylle zurückkehren. Außerdem hat Omis große, kostenfreie Besucherparkplätze. Es war wirklich eine ganz besondere Zeit im wunderschönen Duće. Übrigens man überquert nur die Straße und ist direkt am Strand - das Haus liegt nicht direkt an der Straße und hat keinerlei Lärmbelästigung zu fürchten.

Ich finde wirklich keine Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben - rundum perfekt!

Gostamos de: localização, estacionamento, atendimento, excelente café da manhã, conforto no apto, ótima cama, ótima cozinha, ótima sala e banheiro, tudo muito limpo e organizado, e principalmente a receptividade do anfitrião e para finalizar o anfitrião nos presentiou com garrafas de vinho feito por ele, vinho este de excelente qualidade e sabor. Só temos gratidão por tudo e o carinho.

Não temos nada que não gostamos, só elogios.

Very good location, long beach line, safe access to water without rocks, close to Omiš town. The apartment has everything. Thanks to Davor for great hospitality and delicious breakfasts. Food is excellent! Great place for your vacation! Highly recommend.
