About this house rental

Unit 39. Great, two-story townhouse condominiums on the beach! No one above you or below you. The only 'TRUE LOW-DENSITY COMPLEX' on the Gulf! Only 40 units and 250 feet of beach front! No high rise next to you on either side. No obstructed views. Great Family Complex! No elevators to wait on! No long flights of stairs! Ocean view from EVERY room! Two balconies with nice metal bar stool chairs. Has a private garage (two cars) under unit. No long walk from parking lot. The private garage is wonderful for use as a barbecue and grilling patio. Grill steaks from a newer Weber grill while watching the waves break just feet away.
Every side is gulf side. Located at 723 West Beach Blvd. (182) 1/2 mile from US 59 (the 'T'). o, two story, no one above or below you... this spells PRIVACY! Something you do not have in a high rise! Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms on the second floor with a private deck off the master. Kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and a deck off the living room on the first floor. Has washer and drier in the unit. Walk out of your door into your private garage, then onto the beach 20 feet away.
These townhouses feel like a private home on the beach with a pool. THIS PLACE IS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN HOUSE ON THE BEACH... WITH THE POOL!!! Watch the kids play from your balcony. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private balcony. Enjoy the use of wireless internet throughout the entire complex. Hotel quality linens and towels, all new! Brand New Air conditioners. Ice cold!

Gulfside Townhomes has been our vacation spot for almost 20 years! Same time every year, but this was our first time staying in this unit. I loved being on the end because it had one of the best views of the beach. This unit was clean and had everything we needed. I’m giving 4 stars because we had a lot of issues with the televisions. They are not Smart TVs and used unreliable cable or maybe satellite. Luckily we had our laptop and used an HDMI cable to connect and stream our shows/movies. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a low-key, less crowded place to stay in Gulf Shores!

This is our 7th stay in Gulf Shores at Gulfside Townhomes. We love Michael’s place! The condo is laid back, just like our family is at the beach. We know exactly what to expect at this property, and that aspect alone is very comforting. We will be back in ‘23.
