Welcome to my recently built and redesigned 4BR 4BA Tahoe Donner home, featuring a spectacular Great Room which receives incredible natural light, with two large decks, hot tub, gas fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, shuffleboard table and wonderful additional Loft space.
Located in the heart of Tahoe Donner, this home is perfectly situated for easy access to Squaw/Alpine and the incredible amenities of the Tahoe Donner Association (downhill ski, golf, hiking, tennis, Donner Lake), as well as nearby NorthStar, Tahoe City and Incline VIllage.
There are four spacious bedrooms, including two Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bunk room for the kids featuring four full-size beds, and a guest room with queen size bed. The upstairs Master features an antique tub and large walk-in closet. The downstairs Master has direct access to the private back patio. The Loft can be utilized as an office or sitting area, and features a rustic desk, small tv and pull out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space (bringing capacity comfortably to 12).

Tim was a fantastic host and was super responsive. Our group had an amazing, relaxing, long weekend for the 4th of July holiday. We had 9 adults and plenty of space to spread out. Having 2 decks (front and back) were great to follow the sun during the day. The location is perfect - super convenient to Donner lake (5 min away) or Lake Tahoe (30 min away). We didn't end up using any of the amenities at Donner but definitely made use of the shuffle board in the house :) The house is exactly like the pictures and even better in person. Everything is beautiful, comfortable, and plenty of room for a large group.We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Tim!
