The flat was very spacious and in a very quiet area, with no traffic, yet at the same time just a 5-minute drive from the centre of San Francisco Xavier, where there were shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The air conditioning was a great help in coping with the hot nights. The flat was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora per il check in, il personale della struttura non ha pensato di far trovare nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo, l'armadio a muro aveva le porte scorrevoli incastrate con presenza di umidita' anche nel vano antistante. Infine sarebbe opportuno avere in cucina coltelli affilati che tagliano bene.

The property is set in the island’s countryside, with easy access from the main road and located right at the start of a rural track. It’s well maintained, very cozy, and equipped with all essential amenities, along with complimentary shampoo, soap, and a cleaning kit. The manager was available at any time, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, the previous guest had smoked in the main bedroom despite the no‑smoking policy, and the smell was quite noticeable. I’d also like to suggest a more thorough maintenance of the shower: the screen had been partially replaced with added panels when it really needed a full replacement, and the shower area itself was quite dirty, with black buildup around the rims.
