About this house rental

Ideally located in the quiet and residential area of Porto Saler, and 7 minutes walk from the center of Sant Francesc, this house has been completely renovated in 2019 with a lot of taste and charm. Perfectly equipped (reversible air conditioning in bedrooms, appliances, wifi) and very comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen opening onto a terrace with sea views. This house is semi-detached, but without direct neighbors, each has its privacy.

Wonderful Two Bedroom home in excellent location within 5 minutes drive to San Fransesc. Easy to park at house, and easy to get to all beaches. Nice interior space with spacious common area for living room, two full bathrooms, good showers, good air con in bedrooms. Small kitchen is fine for preparing light meals. Outdoor space is fabulous, with great seating for outdoor dining or chilling out. Wonderful view of the sea and Ibiza in the distance. Communication with Eric and Nico was great. They are always available and quick to respond. Check-in and out with Luana was very easy as well. All in, 5 star experience. Only issue we had was it gets very hot in the common living area, even with the doors open, and there is no fan or air con in the space. This is probably ok for many people, but might be an issue if there are mosquitos. We were lucky that no one was living in the adjacent house, so it was incredibly quiet and peaceful for our 3 week stay. Muchas gracias!

We had a very pleasant experience at Can Croco. The house is at a great location, it has very nice views and we enjoyed the overall stay. Host was also very easy and always responded quickly.
