Apartamentos Casa Romantica

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla struttura, più bella rispetto alle fotografie! Casa semi indipendente, isolata, a 10 min. con lo scooter da Es Pujols. Pulita, climatizzata, ben arredata, in mezzo al verde, dotata di 3 camere da letto di cui 2 con terrazza e bagno in camera, ampia terrazza esterna con tavolo e sedie e due divanetti , piscina attrezzata, zona barbecue ecc. Se avrò modo di tornare a Formentera spero di poter prenotare ancora questo posto!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma se proprio devo essere super pignolo: non abbiamo trovato la tovaglia e ci siamo arrangiati con degli asciugamani.

We stayed in Casa Romantica 2. The main bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely nice and you can tell they’ve been renewed recently. The main selling point however is the terrace and the garden outside - amazing to chill, eat something or enjoy the pool.

The third bedroom is a bit small and the closet doesn’t fit that well - you can’t open it without hitting the bedpost and there’s not much space for luggage. The living room definitely needs to be renewed - the furniture is very old. The kitchen is ok and furnished. On the first day the instructions we’ve received at the hotel reception weren’t super clear and once we get to the apartment the door wasn’t opening. When we called the hotel again they sent a guy and he was helpful but still it was a bit stressful.

Tutto al posto giusto

La casa "il girasole" è molto bella e spaziosa e ben arredata anche se mancano un po' di accessori in cucina per rendere la permanenza gradevole..Anche l' esterno ha grandi potenzialità ma purtroppo non è molto curato.

La poca assistenza ricevuta sia prima dell'arrivo (non abbiamo ricevuto risposte ai quesiti inviati tramite booking) al check-in e nel corso della permanenza. La casa era pulita (pavimenti e bagni) ma negli armadi abbiamo trovato fazzoletti sporchi. Materassi non sanificati (probabilmente c'erano cimici del letto). Uno dei due condizionatori non aveva il telecomando.... Stessa cosa per una delle tende esterne mentre un' altra era proprio rotta. Una zanzariera in camera era rotta. Assenza della lavatrice.
