Duomo Views, Light, Jungle-inspired Studio with Terrace

It is a clean small room with a fridge and stove that made our life easier. The balcony is very cute. The AC works well (esp in the middle of a heatwave). The location is very good. Next to a supermarket and next to a coffee shop that serves good but affordable coffee. Walking distance to the Duomo and other shopping places. Donatella was texting throughout to ensure the stay is confortable.

The property is a bit small but I was aware of it so it was not an issue. It is also normal for a big city like Milan.

Cosy but small and not much noise. Also good location to all the important places. Was a very nice stay and also communication was good.

Acces make sure you have internet and follow the instructions you get upfront then it is easy to get it. Takes long to get warm water but we were informed about it upfront and it works good. Shared outdoor balcony but we did not use it as there enough nice outdoor places in Milaan.

The location is excellent. The apt is small, but comfortable. The kitchenette is functional, but there was no microwave (just a stovetop). When we travel we tend to use microwaves to heat up extra food brought back from restaurants. The terrace in the photograph is a shared space with guests from another room. This was not a problem for us, though the description and pictures on Bookingcom give the impression that it is a private space; it is not. The a/c worked well, but adjustments to temperature have to be sent to the owner. She controls the a/c remotely. Overall we were happy with the property and considering summer prices in Italy it provided good value for the rate charged.

The initial entry instructions were confusing. We received a link to enter the building, but it did not work. By chance a neighbor arrived and let us in. We received a link to open a second door on the sixth floor. I clicked on the link, my phone replied that it worked, but the door did not unlock. Then I noticed that just prior to our arrival the owner sent a photograph indicating a hiding place for a physical key. After that there was a lockbox with keys to the apt itself. Once we had the physical keys there were no problems. There is one set of keys so if more than one person is staying there they have to be together to enter the property.

The location is soo great, it's so close to everything you need!

The pictures are misleading, the terrace is shared! the check-in wasn't that smooth, and the fridge in the room was so smelly it was really annoying, I called the cleaning service and they denied having a problem in the beginning! and when I insisted they come and clean it a bit but it did not change anything!
