Apartments are lovely clean and pools

Too many guests at breakfast this year bit hectic

It’s quiet at night which suits me. It’s clean and the staff are great

When you have disabilities like me you can’t get to the pool easily

Our stay was exactly as we expected, and the photos accurately reflect the apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax during our holiday. The location within the resort complex was excellent. The apartment was close to both the swimming pool and the restaurant in the neighboring hotel, which is connected to the complex, making everything very convenient. We also had great support via WhatsApp throughout our stay, and the team was always available if we needed anything. Our only disappointment was the early check-in process. Since we had a very early morning flight and had spent the entire night at the airport, I contacted the property several times in advance to ask if an earlier check-in would be possible. I was told to check again on the day of arrival, depending on availability. When we arrived, we were informed that an additional fee would be required. We had no problem paying it, but I would have appreciated knowing this in advance so I could have planned accordingly. The apartment is located on a small hill, so having a car is highly recommended. It is possible to walk to the beach, but the uphill walk back can be quite challenging, especially in warm weather. On the positive side, parking was always easy to find. The entire neighborhood has a unique atmosphere and a special charm, almost giving the feeling of being in the Wild West. As this was our first visit to Tenerife, we were truly impressed by everything we experienced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Food was cold and feeding time was like a zoo.No proper organisation whatsoever. 7 night stay we ate out 4 of the nights having paid for dinner each evening. The worst we have ever eaten. Breakfast was plentiful but every morning it was freezing . Dinner was dreadful wanted to give tap water for drinking. I emailed reception on this and in fairness Belen addressed it immediately but it was only for 1 night they then wanted to charge for drinking water.The waiter with the glasses who looked like the manager was quite rude whhen i told him our water was included. Our room was lovely in fairness we had a balcony inside and outside. No lifts in the hotel. No adequate air conditioning working. Area is all up hill and walking would be 20 mins from local shops ect. They do have a shuttle bus on the hour until 6 pm every day. El Paso restaurant across from the hotel was lovely very friendly and food was gorgeous. My recommendation would be keep your money for food eat elsewhere. Girls on checking in were also lovely. Staff in general work realy hard its a pity the hotel is not managed more professionally. Big shout out to the life guard hes a credit to your hotel he helped everyone on arrival and very informative. Unfortunately we will not return to this hotel again.
