About this villa rental

Casa Jose is a lovely manor house surrounded by vineyards and was completely renovated in 2001. This estate offers 10 ensuite bedrooms (3 with double bedrooms and 7 with twin bedrooms) and accommodates up to 20 guests comfortably. All the bedrooms have ensuite private bathrooms, served by vast living and dining areas with open fireplaces, a contemporary and comfortable ambiance, a well-equipped kitchen, an excellent games room, and an indoor swimming pool. The Villa\'s attractive grounds are completed by a wonderful tennis court. It is in a quiet location and is only a half hour drive from the sea and the wide-dune backed sandy beaches that stretch north and south Viana do Castelo. The property is located about 4 kms west of Ponte de Lima.MAIN HOUSE:Ground Floor – three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and French doors leading to a covered terrace, one twin bedroom suite with sitting room, featuring sofa bed. Two guest cloakrooms. Large living area games room, TV lounge area with sofas, pool table, card tables, etc.COTTAGE:Ground Floor - Two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, two guest cloakrooms, compact well-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave), large sitting/dining room with open fireplace, reading and games area. Indoor pool (7m x 3.5m, 1m to 1.5m deep) with patio doors surrounding and overlooking the gardens.Upper floor - Four twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and views over woodlands.OUTSIDE: Large sun terrace with views over the estate, built-in barbecue, private tennis court, table football and inflatable toys for the pool.GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, central heating, washing machine, pool heating available (extra cost), cleaning twice a week, bed and bath linen included.
